About me

I graduated with a master's degree in psychology from the University of Lodz (Poland) and in ethics from Linköping University (Sweden). In addition, I have completed courses in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Psychological First-Aid and Trauma Therapy. I am constantly Trying to expand my knowledge and to acquire new skills. I am a member of the Danish Psychological Association and the Polish Association of Solution-Focused Therapy Practitioners. As a psychologist, I believe in the immense capabilities of human beings, their incredible strength and ability to find a way out of even very difficult situations. I want to support my clients in their search for a solution to their problems and help them discover their potential. I have at heart every persons uniqueness and their right to self-determination. Therefore, I always leave it up to the client to decide what he wants to share with me and to what extent.
